Description

I have two adult pairs of Helmeted Geckos (Diplodactylus galeatus) available.

These are fantastic little geckos and, in my opinion, one of Australia’s most attractive species. They are hardy, straightforward to keep, and readily breed in captivity.

Both males and both females were sourced from different breeders, so to the best of my knowledge they are unrelated. All animals have been housed separately and are ready to be paired for the upcoming breeding season.

Adult pairs: $600 per pair

I also have two 4–6 month old juveniles available (not pictured). They are approximately 4–5 cm long, feeding enthusiastically on weaner crickets, and growing well. While it’s still too early to sex them with certainty, their different growth rates suggest they may be a male and female. They are housed separately and are unrelated to the adults.

Juveniles: $200 each

Location: Kellyville, NSW (near Kellyville Pets). Pickup only. Unfortunately, NSW licensing requirements and interstate export permits can take months, so I prefer local pickup.
