We specialise exclusively in Australian-bred Pogona vitticeps, producing a wide range of recognised morphs, polygenic colour lines, and refined genetic projects. While not every project we work on is released publicly, a large portion of the bearded dragon lines currently seen in Australia have been bred, developed, refined, or originated through Baynton’s Reptiles.
Our breeding philosophy is simple:
genetics take time.
True lines are created through years of selective breeding, stabilisation, and consistency — not in a single season. Our animals are bred for colour, structure, recognisable phenotype, and robust health, with many of our genetics formally recognised in Australian reptile reference literature.
All dragons are Australian bred, raised with strict biosecurity, and backed by honest advice and ongoing support. Health is treated as a genetic trait, just like colour, and our track record reflects that.
